INSTRUCTOR
DETERMINES THE RIGHT STARTING LEVEL AND GO OVER INDIVIDUALIZED STUDY PLAN WITH PARENTS AND STUDENTS. A study objective is agreed upon. PEL program is administered according to the child’s skill set. After the appropriate study level is determined, if it is a new learning concept, the why and how will be explain in the worksheet. Instructor guides, coaches, provides support as needed and fades when student can independently perform the task. |

ONGOING
INSTRUCTOR AND TEAM PROVIDE APPROPRIATE GUIDANCE. At PEL, we recognize guiding a student who no longer needs it, is an error as serious as failing to provide guidance when it is needed. A guidance in need a guidance indeed. Implementing the correct instructional delivery level for each learning objective helps students become self-sufficient quickly. |
